DiscSoft Bus service not running

Hi,
I installed DT Lite, but I can't run it because I get an error when I try to launch it.
It says "DiscSoft Bus service not running". If I run mannualy DiscSoftBusService.exe, it doesn't change the problem. If I look in the running services list, it actually stops immediately after I launch it.

I uninstalled and reinstalled DT several times, wiping registry errors after uninstalling, doesn't work.
Can you help please?

Which DT lite and OS version ?

For test purposes please temporarily disable all non-Microsoft services :
Open System Configuration Tool (msconfig.exe), go to Services tab, tick 'Hide all Microsoft services'
Choose to 'Disable all' and restart your system.
Any improvement ?

Have you installed DT lite with full admin rights ?

Please also specify did you reject the DT drivers (Disc Soft USB Controllers and Universal Bus) while software installation?
