Just installed DT Lite on win 7 64bit but wont run error 0xc0000005?

Hi

I have just purchased and installed DT Lite but now I get a pop up error box that says:

DTAgent.eve - Application Error. 'The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005).
Click OK to close the application'.

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit SP 1 Home Premium

I've googled DTAgent.exe+0xc0000005 but there is information out there.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

What antivirus do you have? Do you have full Admin permission? What are Windows updates installed on the PC? Have checked Event Viewer for more detailed info?
