DTlite Win 8.1

Hi, I've never used this tool before and I'm having issues.

I cannot get it to open at all, I've checked my tray and there isn't anything there. When I click on it it acts like it's going to do something and then nothing happens.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, I can't find anything after searching the common problems and other places.

Trying to install a special tool for work and I need it. Any help is greatly appreciated

Did you install theDTLite and can't open the app itself or you can't launch a setup file to install? What DTLite version did you try to use?
