Install windows XP?

Hi i need help with windows xp professional.
I dont have a CD Burner because im too skint/cheap to buy one but my friend recommended this site and its program saying it can create a 'virtual cd'

my dad is a subscriber to msdn (http://msdn.microsoft.com/) And i downloaded the windows xp professional iso, i put the iso in C:\XP
and the extracted iso to C:\WindowsXP

How would i install xp ? cause wen i tried and it had to do the 'restart' it said it couldnt find the setup files and that really messed up my hd i had to format and install windows 98, But i redownloaded xp, how do i install plz

ok well i managed to mount xp.iso to the virtual drive and so forth
I load it up i click Install windows, It does the verificiation thing to make sure my sys specs are compatible, it says they are and moves on, I select options and then setup restarts pc so it can actually install windows, and when it restarts it says no disc in drive? Why?

Because XP by default has no driver for virtual SCSI controller.
If you install from 98 then you must tell it to copy all files from CD to HDD first.
