Error 2203

I've tried to install Daemon Tolls, but all the time I end up with error 2203!!! I have administrator privileges for instaler and system folders. I cannot come up with any solution.

I had the same problem while installing daemon. The installer makes some temp files in c:\documents and settings\Username\local settings. In my case the system had no permission to these folders and so the installer couldn't read the extracted files. I gave permission to SYSTEM and .... It works fine.....
