Concerning error 25002

Operating System: Windows XP
Burning Software: Nero 6
Anti-virus Software: Norton 2003
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.46

I tried to uninstall Deamon Tools manually but the system crashed during this procedure. When trying to re-install I get the 2356 error code. I did the steps as described in Error 25002, or how to remove Daemon drivers in the common problems section, but the installer still reports the same error. In addition to this I've tried to manually clean up the register removing any link to Daemon Tools, and I tried renaming the bus/port driver during installation. I'm at a loss on what to do.....[/b]

Did you also remove drivers and corresponding devices in device manager (mentioned in thread about error 25002)?

Yes. I did all the steps in the thread mentioned above.
