device setup error code: 25009

DAEMON Tools Version: 3.4.6

I followed the instructions on how to remove daemon drivers.Yet still i keep getting this error message when i reinstall Am i the only one with this problem still?

Make sure you have no unknown devices in device manager before running setup - your system must be clean.
