PLEASE HELP!!! System boots but restarts.

Burning Software: Nero
Anti-virus Software: AVG
DAEMON Tools Version: The latest

Please help me with my problem.

Okay, today, I just installed Daemon tools in an effort to get my games running, I was gonna make some .isos or whatever.

It restarts after the install and I think no problem, halfway through the window loading screen I get this message.

I try to go into safe mode but I still can't boot, it just restarts over.

Check if you've minidump in Windows\Minidump folder.
