i had the same problem, try this go to My Computer Click right on ur C Drive then go properties, Click Tools on the tab then Check for Errors (something like that) and then check off the 2 boxes and click yes and restart ur comp, that should sort out ur problem, it will organize all of ur problems, it usually works if u do it that way and it works for me
