I cant get my E drive to become my virtual drive

Burning Software: Plextor PX-W1210A
Anti-virus Software: Kaspersky
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.46

I cannot make my E drive (which is the only drive on my computer) my virtual drive. When I installed the program, a F drive appeared in My Computer. I do not have a F drive, so I am clueless on how it appeared. Drive 0 is condiderd my F drive (which I do not have). How can I make my E drive my virtual drive?

Virtual drives doesn't replace your current physical drives, they are new drives seen by your system exactly like physical drives and obviously with different drive letters.
