Operating System: winXP
Burning Software: nero
Anti-virus Software: antivir
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47
well, i searched the whole web without finding a solution to my problem... would be nice if anyone knows help cause i need a virtual drive...
i installed d-tools in different versions and other virtual drive software but the problem is always the same; so i think this is no problem of the d-tools software but i didnt know another place to go
i installed the software but no volume appeared in the mycomputer; i tried the same on a win2000 laptop and i had one in 2 minutes!!!
its a problem with the drivers i think- my dvd rom and my cd-rw use in the driver box 3 drivers(with checked box): cdrom.sys, redbook.sys, storprop.dll
the generic dvdrom doesnt use these, or recognize them and if i try to activate the hardwareupdate assistant i can only search for .inf files
whats the difference between the inf and the sys anyway?
would be really nice if anyone could help me solve the problem
