    please help i aint got a clue

    Operating System: windows xp
    Burning Software: nero 6
    Anti-virus Software: kaspersky
    DAEMON Tools Version: v3.47

    when i right click on the icon it says device 0 no media yet there is a dvd original in the drive.
    i've tried to change the drive to from e to d which is my dvd drive so can someone explain to me in laymans terms what i am doing wrong.
