Total Crash During Installation of 3.47

Operating System: windows 2000 SP3
Burning Software: Alcohol 120%, BlindWrite, CDRWin, CloneCD, CloneDVD, Discjuggler, Fireburner, Nero
Anti-virus Software: Antivir without automatic work
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

Hi,

I've got a complete crash during installation of 3.47. The Computer resets itself (no windows shutodown). After that, I don't get the System working in normal mode or Safe mode (with abort).

I tried to delete the d347bus.sys file with the windows Console, but the file wasn't there in my system32 directory.

So I taked the last solution and disabled the services d347bus and d347prt. With this, I got the system working again and was able to uninstall deamon.

But what has caused my problem?

Check if you've minidump related to that crash (in WinNT\Minidump folder), if so send newest file to support@daemon-tools.cc with reference to this thread.
