cannot locate cdrom

Burning Software: clone cd v.5.0.4.2 ,Alcohol v.1.9.2 ,Nero v.6.3.1.11
Anti-virus Software: panda platnum v.8.05.01
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

cd/dvd emulation software has been detected.Disable all emulation software and restart game. I have done that and still get same message,what did I do wrong? please help.
