    'Please insert an empty DVD...'

    Burning Software: sonic recordnow!
    Anti-virus Software: norton
    DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

    Please help me! When I try to copy an image to the DVD my burning sofware (sonic recordnow!) always asks for an empty DVD
    What can I do?????
