installing Daemon Tools

Burning Software: Nero 5
Anti-virus Software: Nortons
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

Sorry its me again... i removed my old daemon tools like the help file says, but when i tried to instll the new version i get a error like this

the older version of DAEMON Tools can not be removed. Contact your technical support group.

that is all i get no error noumber or anything...

please any help would be nice

Check thread about error 25002 in common problems and solutions forum to remove Daemon Tools manually, reboot after the procedure, then re-install.
