Install Problem -->> Error 25031

Burning Software: zone alarm
Anti-virus Software: Norton Antivirus / Zone alarm
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

Hello There.

Fist, i'm sorry if my english bad, i'm french guy..

Well, I trying to install Daemon Tool version 3.47 on my computer but when the installation is at 99% the window appear and mean :

Error 25031.

After a new try he say : Some driver has invalid name or conflicts with other file or service in system. Please choose other drivers names or make sure you have redootes after removal of sofware using same names.

Anyone know why i have this trouble ??
I don't undersant because if i trying to install the last version 3.41, he work.

I trying 2 times to delete all last versions, i deleted alcool120 too, deleted PnP bios extention, using regcleaner, deleted file in system32/drivers, reboot... and when a trying to reinstall DT 3.47... error 25031 again...

How i can install DT 3.47 ????

Check thread about error 25002 in common problems and solutions forum to remove leftovers of previous installation completely. Reboot after the procedure.
Then do a logged install and send the daemon.log to support@daemon-tools.cc with reference to this thread.

hmmm...
i no remember to precise what is my burning... Is CopytoDvd.
Do you think this one can trouble the installation to DT 3.47 ?
I have Isobuster too...
