HELP !

Operating System: Windows XP
Burning Software: Nero Burning ROM
Anti-virus Software: Norton Internet Security 2005
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

Ok i got a new ASUS motherboard etc etc and what happens is, halfway through the install my computer just locks up and reboots itself :shock: and i have a virtual drive stuck in my computer but no daemon tools! its not even in the control panel !

Check if you've minidump related to that crash (in Windows\Minidump folder), if so send newest file to support@daemon-tools.cc with reference to this thread.
Check thread about error 25002 in common problems and solutions forum to remove Daemon Tools leftovers manually, reboot after the procedure.

there are files in the minidump folder but how can i tell if they are related to my daemon tools problem ?

Well, do you remember the time you tried to install? There should be a minidump related to that date and time.
