Device setup error 25031

Hi there

In order to upgrade Windows XP to SP2 I had to uninstall Daemon Tools. Now, after the upgrade I'm not able to install 3.47. Right at the end of the installation I receive an "Device Setup Error: 25031 ..."


I have allready tried the solution (error 25002 in common problems and solutions forum) that Copytrooper often refers to - but sadly it don't work in my case...

So - is it OK for me to do a logged install and send daemon.log to support@daemon-tools.cc with reference to this thread ?

Reboot, clean or move setupapi.log and try to install, if you get error message send new setupapi.log to support@daemon-tools.cc for analysis with reference to this thread.
