    cannot uninstall daemon tools

    Operating System: windows 2000
    Burning Software: Nero, DVD Decrpter
    Anti-virus Software: Norton Antivirus 05
    DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

    i recenlty reinstalled windows 2000 and during start up i get a "No Language Support Detected" when i try to uninstall i get

    "this installation package cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service. You must install a Windows service pack that contains a newer cersion of the
    Windows Installer Service"
