blue screen stop error when virtual drive active. HELP

Operating System: winxp
Burning Software: dvd decryter/nero
Anti-virus Software: nortan
DAEMON Tools Version: latest

ive had this problem with alcohol 120% before and daemons just the same when the virtual drives are active i get a blue screen with varying errors about drives 0x00000035 and 0x000000d1 and other if i reboot it gewt the error a little after the pc has run. it doesnt happen in safe mode so i can disable the virtual drives.

anyway round this? is it bios? or i dunno - HELP!

Check if you've minidump (in Windows\Minidump folder) related to such crash, if so send newest file to support@daemon-tools.cc with reference to this thread.

how would i know which minidump file there are lots named with numbers and i dont have a prog to open them.
