It's going to be released when it's done, and that day will surely not come earlier if people keep pestering us, demanding the release of v4.

A statement of the obvious and a clear reason why people are continuing to "pester" you. A simple Q2 05, Q3 05, Q4 05 would be enough to silence the majority of those pestering voices. People are excited about getting a version of Daemon Tools for x64, simply looking at the number of message views in the forums should make that apparent. Most people don't know if it's days, weeks, or months away. If you give them some general expectation you will likely find less people expecting it sooner. Impatience is in human nature, by saying "It's going to be released when it's done" you're just feeding it.
