Can't install Dameon Tools

I'm trying to install Daemon Tools on my Media Center so I can mount DVD images, but I get an error every time I attempt to install it.

Device setup error: code 25001 (0x61A9), 1450 (0x5AA). Contact your support personnel.

The error means insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.
If you use nForce chipset ensure you use newest nVidia drivers.

The computer is does use an nForce3 chipset, but I installed the latest drivers and still get the same error. Anything else I can try?

Try to un-install the nVidia drivers, install Daemon Tools, re-install nVidia drivers.

I uninstalled the nForce platform drivers and it allowed me to install daemon tools. Then I tried reinstalling the nForce drivers and it said there aren't enough resources for the network card and the sound card. This is a media center computer so those are both very necessary.

So is there no way to get Daemon Tools working with my sound card and network card? This doesn't seem like it should be a problem these days...
