Error running installer?! WTF?

Operating System: AMD XP2100 / WINXP PRO SP2
Burning Software: NERO amongst others.
Anti-virus Software: None atm.
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

I've always used Deamon Tools, never had any problems.
I wanted a fresh install of Deamon Tools v3.47, so I decided to uninstall and reinstall.
(yeahyeah sounds lame)

Anyways, when I download the installer (from this site or any other site who has it online) for v3.47, I get the following error:

FATAL ERROR
Unable to extract installer

Weird, cause I never before had these kind of problems...

Anybody with some advice?

PS. I tried the .msi version of 3.46 and that installs fine. Weird.
