Cannot Run DTools, Error No Langauge Support Detected

Anti-virus Software: None
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.4.7

I installed the latest d-tools, and it installed fine, but I cannont run it, as everytime I try to I get an error saying "Error No Langauge Support Detected", what can I do to fix this?

itґs some kind of funny. I also used this version for some time, but now I have the same problem. Propably its because of an Windows update? Donґt know, maybe someone has an idea how to fix this.
I even tried an older version. In an other forum I found, that an older version should work, but it doesnґt.
But i does work on my other Workstation ...
