  • my comp rebooted during install, and now I get a language support error

    Operating System: xp
    Burning Software: NERO
    Anti-virus Software: trend
    DAEMON Tools Version: 347

I had the 25002 error, I went thru all the steps, and when I tried to reinstall, the computer rebooted towards the end of the reinstall. I clicked on Daemon and it said that is a language support error,,, what should I do?

Check if you've minidump (in Windows\Minidump folder) related to such crash, and if so send newest file to support@daemon-tools.cc with reference to this thread.

Is it so difficult to understand that you've to solve the cause of the BSOD/crash first?

                Operating System: Windows XP Professional
                Burning Software: Nero
                Anti-virus Software: N/A
                DAEMON Tools Version: 347

I believe I may know a possible cause and solution, I had this problem too.

[Theory] You have a Starforce protected game installed on your computer, during installation I believe these are what is making your computer reboot, maybe a conflict?

                [Solution]
                1) First remove starforces drivers with the Starforce removal tool, found on gamecopyworld.com's starforce section;

                2) go here - > http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/port...pic.php?t=2287 and follow instructions on removing the daemon tools drivers/installation from your system so you can install them again.

                3) Install Daemon tools. - this worked for me.

[Disclaimer] This information is based on my own personal experience, it is quite possible this may or may not work for you.

No need to search on other sites, we've nice links to the Starforce tools in thread about BSOD in SCSIPORT.SYS in our common problems and solutions forum.

You've also crash with some driver behaving "dirty" with scsiport.sys - please wait for next version.
