Cant Install Daemon Tools

Burning Software: NERO
Anti-virus Software: None
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.470

I'm having problems installing Daemon tools, when the setup gets near the end, I get this little box pop up:
I've had problems with installing other image drive programs as well, with a couple giving me errors about can't install drivers.
Can anyone help out? Its driving me crazy now!

The error means that newdev.dll is not present or corrupt.
We also had a Userreport about corrupted shell32.dll, so check that, too.
