    daemon tool icon dissapears from task bar

    Operating System: xp sp1
    Burning Software: nti 6.7
    Anti-virus Software: symantec
    DAEMON Tools Version: just d/l from your site so must be latest

    daemon tool icon dissapears from task bar. Then can mount no images no way to get it back without rebooting. What is happening?

    Did you activate the UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) service? It is known to mess with the system tray, preventing tray icons from appearing.

    Unfortunately there is no known workaround but to disable UPnP.
