Real CD-RW Drive Gone

An image was mounted in place of my real CD Drive, and now even with Daemon-Tools uninstalled it still isn't working.

I have tried both methods on the MS KB site, and it still isn't back.

Im running Windows XP Service Pack 1.

Please help me, this is a shared computer!

Click start, run, type devmgmt.msc, click ok
Browse to cdroms, and check if your real cdrom is there.
If it is, right-click on it, goto properties, and post the status of it.
Goto driver, click driver then driver file details, and report what files are listed.
