    device error

    Operating System: win xp
    Burning Software: nero enterprise edition all updated
    Anti-virus Software: norton 2003 prof
    DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

    Everytime i try to install daemon tools i get the error message Device setup error code 25001(0x1A9)1072(0x430)contact your support personnel. does anyone know what this means? thanx in advance for any help

    Did you reboot when Daemon Tools setup asked you to? You MUST do that, otherwise it won't work.

    Please clean or move setupapi.log, reboot, then try to install - if you get error again send setupapi.log to support@daemon-tools.cc with reference to this thread (unpacked or RAR-packed, NOT zip'ed).
