CRASHED DURING INSTALL

Burning Software: DVD rom
Anti-virus Software: none
DAEMON Tools Version: 347

hi i have never had a problem with deamon used it for a year, just formatted and went to install it and as it was nearlly finished then my computer rebooted (crashed) when i went to install it it said previous version was on but it isnt?

I removed the folder D-Tools from program files as it wasnt in add/remove and still tells me (Some driver has invailed name conflicts nwith other file or service in system) any ideas?
