I'm sure it does somewhere on planet earth, but not in my real world. After moving to the error code support you suggested I ended back where I started from.

I have one simple question, are we dealing with robots or real human beings?

You may have noticed the same responses that you could have found by using the forum search function. We get a lot of questions here everyday and most people ask the same ones over and over and the most common answers solve most people's problems, however in your case after double checking you've done all the normal fix procedures, I'm sure people will try and eventually suggest working solutions. It may just take some time and more forum questions and responses until it happens.
