    CD-ROM Murder Mystery?

    windows cannot see my cd-rom drive. and it will not allow daemon to make any phantom drives either. anyboyd had this problem. and does anybody have a solution. this is what it says in device manager.

    Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

    Do you have any related error messages in your SYSTEM event log? Is the DAEMON Tools tray icon running? Maybe you could upload a screenshot of your device manager window showing DVD/CD-ROM drives and SCSI and RAID controllers sections expanded (+ icon)?
