Impossible to reinstall Daemon Tools

Hi to all.
I recently uninstalled Daemon with Windows XP remove Tool.
Now, when I try to reinstall DTools, installation stop with this message: "Some drivers has invalid name or conflicts with other file or service in system. Please choose other driver name or make sure you have rebooted after removal of software using same names."

I rebooted... I also tried to delete PnP Bios extension... but doesn't work.

What can I do now?
