pinnacle instant copy crashes when trying to use daemon tool

hope someone can help, checked all the postings but cannot see any reference to the error message of " specified module could not be found "when trying to use Pinnacle instant copy.
I tryed Instant Copy for myself and have 0 Problems with it. Instant Copy is atm not very stable, depending on the Pinnacle-board. It is stable on my machine, but there seems to be many probs with this product.
And we need a lot of more info from you:
WHERE exactly crashes the system?
What are you trying to do?
