Is there any way to create an encrypted CD Image so whenever someone try to mount it, a password will be needed in order to use the contents of the image?

As Locutus said in the announcement on 16.07.2005, a plugin for Daemon Tools Pro is planned that will do on-the-fly encryption/decryption of plugins. It's currently being developed by a 3rd-party company and it will work with DTPro only, so don't expect it to be released any time soon. But at least so you know, yes, we're planning to have an encryption feature.

Handy when more then one user is using the PC. So your litle brother, don't change the ISO, and start installin a game you wont have.
