Bad Problem after installing DT4

the first time, when i try to install dt 4 my computer is blocked with monitor in black and i must restart
after i installed dt 4 correctly but the problem is that now don't function! i have reinstalled 3.47 and don't function nothing
i 've see that i have in the periphericals the pnp bios extension with an interrogative yellow
maybe is this the problem?
please HELP!

Lets get your problems with DAEMON Tools 3.47 fixed first.

Perform all the steps in the first sticky (entitled Error 25002 (invalid driver names or driver conflict), or how to remove Daemon Tools drivers ) in the Common Problems and Solutions forum. That's how you manually remove v. 3.47. Then reboot and try to install v3.47 again.
