When I first run the installer..it said installing sptd layers and tell me to restart the computer...so after restarting and running the installer again..right after clicking agree to the license agreement...it gives me this error *Internal Setup Error.Contact Support" I have no problem running DT3.47 before and did a clean uninstall of it.
