Hi. I am just wondering how long it takes for those who have registered DAEMON-TOOLS to get updated to "Customer Status" here at THE DAEMON HOME.
Well, I have placed an order for DT six days ago through Share-It!, and it's been another four days since I sent an email to DT Support Team to notify my username (nickname) of DT forum as Locutus have told me to.
Unfortunately, I still have not yet been updated to "Customer Status". In fact, I have notified my situation to NetSoerfer, and he/she have told me that he has been going to notify it to Locutus, but nothing has happened.
I do understand that DT Team is having such a busy days due to the launch of DT4 and the renewal of the DT Website, but I feel like I am being left out.
So I'd like ask those who have "Customer Status" if this is normal process time.
BTW, If this is normal process time for being registered, then those who are considering purchasing DT should act fast, because you will be waiting quite long and going crazy like I do.
