The Service Database is locked

hi all.

I have been using DT ver. 3.47 for a long time with great succes,
but after upgrading to ver. 4.00, i get the following error "The Service Database is locked" when DT tries to set up the drives........and whats worse, now i get the same error when trying to set up drives in ver. 3.47

anyone have the same problem ?

prior to upgrading, when you used DT 3.47, did you use any programs to prevent blacklisting, or manually deny read access to the registry sections?

You may need to enable read access again to section.

Check these sections and make sure they have read access enabled on the administrator profile.

You may not have all the sections, such as the last one, but I included them all incase.
