and basically now i have to click yes to Secure mode confirmation for command line: -mount -,"blahblah.mdf" and i wanna not have to click yes

You've to disable Secure Mode then.

For security reasons pertaining to blacklisting, there is no command-line switch to disable Secure Mode. You have to enable/disable it from the SysTray icon.
