Daemon 4 and windows 2000

hallo to everybody
i have a problem...i install daemon4 to windows 2000 and this driver sptd(i think... )but when i am restarting the system my computer "stuck" when i run daemon 4...
anyway...,daemon 3.47 works ok in the same system but i cant play motogp3...original disc could not be authoricated...
pleaaaaze i neeed a little help...
