error on install 'c:\\daemon folder is not accessible'

hello,
i get a 'c:\\daemon is not accessible' error when i try to install daemon-tools on one particular machine, the other machines are able to install the software.
i have tried the lastest version of 3.29 and an older version as well.
any ideas?
i am doing a volunteer project at a school and i am very greatful to the creators of this product.
please help us.

Where do you get this error? After clicking start install, or when you launch installer? What have you entered for install path? Are you a user with admin access?

Also, post your os version and installed burning soft.
