Cannot Install Daemon Tools at all - version 3.47 or 4

I've read the information regarding un-installing manually.

for some odd reason I cannot install version 3.47 or 4.00

If you can please help me.

I've looked for the files in the windows\system\drivers

But I get this error

"Some drivers have invalid name or conflicts please choose other driver names or make sure you have rebooted. or software using same names."

any clues on what I should do?

this all began when I tried to install verison 4.0 and when I rebooted it said "Product not installed"

If you install dt 3.47 rename the driver name during installation.
