How on earth to use daemon tool?

Hi,

I've just discovered daemon tools a friend of mine told me that i can help me open and install a program with a ISO extension. I have the program on cd-rom now i've downloaded and installed daemon tools. I can't see any interface, nor can't find the program in program files. All i have is an icon next to the clock on bottom right of my screen.

I have no idea how to use this program to solve this problem. Can wanyone help me and meanwhile explain, in plain english, the basic workflow?
