Can't open Daemon tools

For over 2 hours i have installed and uninstalled ver. 3.47 4.00 and 4.30 all said complete.But when I click on the Icon nothing happens.Went into the Dir.and try to open same thing happen. Can some one explane?

Link into your tray next to the clock, ther must be a new icon (a red/green cd) which wasn't ther before, this is daemon-tools. See the Help for informations:
