SPTD Setup - Failed to oped config key.

Hya all. I was having problems with my Windows Tablet Pc Edition, and i had to press F8 upon boot and choose the "Last known good configuration" option to "fix" some problems. Since then i am getting this message when Deamon Tools is initialized:



Ok, when i try to install SPTD i get this error message:



Last when i try to uninstall Deamon Tools i get this error message:



Any sugestions?

Common Problems and Solutions - clean reinstall

Unfortunately the steps you performed seem to have removed some DAEMON Tools entries from your registry.

Check out the posts entitled "How to remove DAEMON Tools V4" and "My system won't boot after installation of v4, or problems with SPTD.SYS" in the Common Problems and Solutions forum. They should help you to remove any remaining parts of DAEMON Tools 4 and then perform a clean reinstall.
