Can't detect mounted drives.

I'm not entirely sure when it happened but sometime in the past couple of days the virtual drives stopped showing up in 'My Computer' and when I tried to run any games it just asked to insert cd. Daemon tools itself seems to be working fine.

However I came to the site and downloaded the latest build, when I installed it it said it was unable to work with a kernal debugger.

I ran the installation again to get exactly what it said for this post, but it just asked if I wanted to add/repair to the installation, installed a little then ran normally without mentioning kernal debugging. But still no drives.

Any ideas?
