I have read forms 'n threads from dusk till dawn on this website but I havent found a solution Im looking for.
I run Windows XP Proffesional with SP2.
Norton Antivirus 2006
Deamon tools 3.4.7
Nero 6 and Nero Digital(Nerovision express)
I also have cloneDVD, cloneCD and anyDVD installed on my system.
I used DTools for a while and it worked fine
------THEN------
When I want to start Deamon tools I get the following message.....''Initialation error. This program requires at least Windows 2000 with SPTD 1.21 or higher. Kernel debugger must be deactivated.''
I then tried to uninstall DTools and re-install it. When I go about doing this, I get the following message.....''Setup is unable to validate installation''
I also tried to uninstall DTools from its directory, but to no avail.
#NOTE# There is no option in Control panel/Remove Programs to uninstall DTools.
I dont really want to manually delete all DTool files from its directory. As Ive read in one thread.
ALSO since this problem occured, I cannot detect my pendrive a.k.a flashdrive in My Computer.
I suspect that there might be a clashing between my programs such as Nero and DTools. Or mybe my registry is #@~%.
I hope Ive supplied enough information for someone to help me....please help, Thanks!!
