I have got a cdi file of a game which is readable in Daemon Tool 3.29, and 3.3, but not in 3.47.
When I double click the virtual disk in the version 3.47, it said the disk may be damaged or imcompatable with XP SP2.
What format is .cdi ? How long ago did you create the image file?
It is a DreamCast game file with name as image.cdi.
My friends installed DT 3.29 in order to play the game, as they said DT3.46 or newer version doesn't support the image.
They mounted the image with no IO error, but I failed!
When I mounted the image, it warned me that the disk may failed or not compatible with your Windows (i am using XP SP2)
I am considering to install Alcohol and DT in the same Windows, do you think they will crash?
I don't know if Windows will crash if more than one Virtual tool is installed!
You can also create image files from anything mounted in the DAEMON Tools virtual drive but this is probably obvious.
can you tell me how to create the image file?
i have got a A.cdi (original file, readable), and use binhack and b2bgame programs to create a hacked cdi file (hacked, not-readable by DT 3.47).
